About Financial Rescue

Since 2012 we have been complaining about financial advice and getting our client’s losses reimbursed. We know how to get results and how to help people who have never done this before.

About Us

Financial Rescue offers a simple, streamlined alternative to lodging and managing a financial services complaint yourself. If you are finding the financial dispute resolution process difficult, our team can handle your dispute from start to finish.

We are able to help you understand what happened and calculate the losses that need to be paid back to you. Our experienced and thoughtful team have the expertise needed to help you get a fair outcome.

No-Win, No-fee

When a case is successful, Financial Rescue charge a percentage of the amount recovered. The fee is only payable on the amount you receive. If your complaint is unsuccessful, or if the licensee does not pay compensation owed, there are no fees, charges or outgoings to be paid by you.

Our clients have all had a bad experience before they came to us, so you can be comfortable knowing that you will never be worse off using our services.

The fee is based on a calculation of work required, as well as the complexity and risk of each case. Clients will receive an agreement outlining the fee prior to formally engaging Financial Rescue.

The best thing to do is give us a call and we can discuss your needs and let you know if we think we can help you.
